Junior Asset & Development Manager (m/f)

to join our growing German team based in Frankfurt am Main.

Key experience required

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in the real estate sector
• Strong background in asset management, project development and property transaction
• At least five years of experience
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility and team-oriented approach
• Familiar with all MS Office tools and applications
• Excellent English language skills

Key responsibilities will include

• Support the German project development team in new project acquisitions
• Coordinate the administration of our German assets
• Collate data for our virtual due diligence database
• First point of contact in our Frankfurt office for all customers, investors and other stakeholders
